Eugene 的音樂旅程始於 2012 年參加由新時代電視（Fairchild TV）主辦，備受推崇的《新秀歌唱大賽》。他於多倫多區選拔賽後以歌手及電視主持的身份正式出道，揭開了其璀璨演藝生涯的序幕，並陸續與多位本地及國際藝人同台演出，登上眾多大型舞台。
多年來，Eugene 於多個備受矚目的盛事中成功吸引觀眾目光，包括 2022／2023 年的 Vaughan International Music Festival旺市國際音樂唯一華人表演者，2025年於Taste of Asia 萬錦亞洲文化美食節舉辦的多倫多加港協進會十週年呈獻「加人頌港曲演唱會」，以及Asialicious Festival亞太風味嘉年華擔任壓軸表演嘉賓。
憑藉卓越的音樂才華與不懈的努力，Eugene 於 2023 年 3 月在 Vaughan City Playhouse Theatre 成功舉辦首場個人演唱會《My Time》，一連兩晚反應熱烈；其後於 2024 年舉行的第二次個人演唱會《Our Time》，同樣全場滿座，大獲成功。
Eugene's journey in the music industry began with his participation in the distinguished "New Talent Singing Competition" hosted by Fairchild TV in 2012. His debut as a singer and TV host at the Toronto audition marked the start of an illustrious career, leading him to perform on numerous prominent stages alongside various local and international artists.
Over the years, Eugene has captivated audiences at esteemed events such as the Vaughan International Music Festival (2022/2023), the 10th Anniversary of Canada Hong Kong Alliance Toronto's Tribute to HKPOP Goldies at the Taste of Asia Festival, and the 2025 Asialicious Festival in August. Demonstrating his immense talent and dedication, Eugene achieved remarkable success with his first solo concert, "My Time," at the Vaughan City Playhouse Theatre in March 2023, followed by an overwhelming success, his second concert, "Our Time," in 2024.
Eugene 深信音樂擁有啟發人心的力量，並期望透過其演出與音樂作品，鼓勵年輕音樂人勇敢追尋夢想。現時，他正全心投入於原創音樂的創作、作曲與發行，持續拓展個人音樂作品的深度與廣度。
隨著 Eugene 的音樂歷程充分展現其對音樂藝術的堅定承諾，以及打動全球觀眾的非凡魅力，其個人單曲《一世》和《馬後炮》先後登上廣東廣播電視台《粵語歌曲流行榜》。他在 2025 年推出的單曲《明天以後》更成功挑戰《⾳樂先鋒榜》並⾸次成為冠軍歌，令他成為⾸位在該榜拿下冠軍歌的駐加拿大華人歌手，成績亮眼。
With a firm belief in the power of music to inspire, Eugene aspires to motivate aspiring young musicians to pursue their dreams through his performances and concerts. Presently, he channels his passion and creativity into writing, composing, and releasing his original solo compositions while continuously expanding his repertoire.
As Eugene's star continues to rise, his remarkable journey serves as a testament to his unwavering commitment to musical excellence and his capacity to captivate audiences worldwide, his solo releases “A Lifetime” and “Shadow Gambit” both successfully charted on Guangdong Radio and Television’s Cantonese Pop Chart. In 2025, his single “When We Meet Again” made a breakthrough on the Music Pioneer Chart, earning its first-ever No. 1 position. This milestone established Eugene as the first Canada-based Chinese artist to achieve a No. 1 song on the chart, marking a remarkable achievement.
