縱橫華語樂壇接近65年的殿堂級經理人 Lal 爺 Lal Dayaram，多年來發掘及捧紅了很多頂級的天王巨星，因 Lal 爺的堅持，也看準了樂隊熱潮，發掘了許冠傑的蓮花樂隊 (The Lotus)、Teddy Robin & The Playboys、Joe Jr. & The Side-Effects 和The Mystics 等，60 年代近 90% 有名的樂隊，皆由 Lal 爺擔任經理人。
他也曾主理新藝寶、藝能動音，擔任滾石的顧問，也力捧過鄧麗君、陳淑樺、張惠妹及發掘王菲、蔡國權等巨星。 每個名字都代表他一段又一段的輝煌歷史。
LAL DAYARAM has for over six decades in Hong Kong and Canada discovered, promoted and managed over 100 singers, including such notables as Teresa Teng, Sam Hui, Wong Fei , Amei, Sarah Chen and Tsoi Kwok Kuen, etc.
With retirement not an option LAL continues to be active in the music industry. His priority now is to make Canadian Chinese Artists and Music known and popular worldwide.
